Agriculture and Aquaculture Restoration On Molokai Island At Ohalahala Fishpond and Wetland Taro and Gardens. to Date We Have Restored Over 350ft of Ohalahala Fishpond Wall Conducting Monthly Workdays With A Core Group of Molokai Experts. Every Quarter We Hold Workdays That Are Open to The Public With About 15 Community Members Per Event Participating. 1. We Have Cleared 1 Acre of Ancient Rock Walled Wetland Taro Plots (loi), Which Includes Restoring Two Rock-walled Terraces, The Existing Water Ditch Path, and Reopened Direct Access to The Stream. 2.
