HIAVO is Organized to Promote and Improve The Profession of Volleyball Officiating By Advancing The Education, Training, Mentorship, and Professional Development of Volleyball Officials. The Association Establishes and Promotes High Standards of Officiating, Encourages The Consistent and Ethical Application of Volleyball Rules, Provides Evaluation and Continuing Education Programs, and Supports The Recruitment, Retention, and Development of Qualified Officials.
