AS PART of ITS MISSION, THE TEC CENTRO WORKFORCE NETWORK WILL DEVELOP BILINGUAL and COMMUNITY-BASED WORKFORCE CENTERS IN COLLABORATION WITH COMMUNITY-BASED PARTNERS and IN THE AREAS of GREATEST NEED.THE TEC CENTRO WORKFORCE NETWORK MAY UNDERTAKE OTHER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD ADVANCE THE WELL BEING of DISTRESSED COMMUNITIES.
