KWF is Recognized As The Regional Watershed Organization of The Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, Successfully Identifying and Addressing The Needs of The Region By Providing High Quality EDUCATION, RESTORATION, and RESEARCH Programs. KWF Was Founded In 1997 By A Group of Local Citizens Concerned About The Health of The Kenai River Watershed. In Recent Years, KWF Has Expanded Our Scope to Encompass The Entire Kenai Peninsula. KWF Utilizes A Non-adversarial Philosophy In Our Approach to Fulfilling Our Mission.
