WE DO THIS VIA FOUR PRIMARY MEANS: WE PROVIDE 24/7 EMERGENCY SHELTER for YOUTH AGES 6-18 EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS or IN AT-RISK SITUATIONS. SECOND, WE PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL and SUPPORTIVE SERVICES to YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18-24. THIRD, OUTREACH and PREVENTION EFFORTS HELP US IDENTIFY GAPS, MEET CURRENT NEEDS of YOUTH IN CRISIS and BUILD RESILIENCE. FOURTH, PARENT ADVOCACY and MEDIATION is A METHOD of REUNIFICATION for FAMILIES.
