THIS PROJECT is FINANCED THROUGH THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT (NMTC) PROGRAM, WHICH is A FEDERAL TAX CREDIT INITIATIVE DESIGNED to ENCOURAGE INVESTMENT IN LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES.
