The Construction Ready Program -- Helped Women and Men Prepare for Skilled Trades Careers In The Construction Industry. The Four-week Program Met Five Days A Week and Combined Hands-on Learning With Support for Students and Instructors. We Assisted Instructors, Encouraged Students, and Hosted A Mental Health Session Focused On Workplace Well-being. During The Session, We Discussed Mental Health In Construction Settings and Shared Resources for Additional Support. Program Outcomes ? All 25 Students Completed The Program. ? Every Graduate Gained Employment By The End of The Program.
