DURING 2024/2025, COMMUNITY NURSE CONNECTION PARTNERED WITH THE TOWNS of PUTNEY, WESTMINSTER, and SANDWICH to SUCCESSFULLY HIRE COMMUNITY NURSES. EACH COMMUNITY WAS AWARDED A GRANT of 5,000. WE PROUDLY SUPPORT COMMUNITY NURSES IN A GROWING NUMBER of TOWNS ACROSS THE UPPER VALLEY of NEW HAMPSHIRE and VERMONT. BEGINNING IN THE SUMMER of 2024, COMMUNITY NURSE CONNECTION JOINED A COALITION of LOCAL PARTNERS to OFFER MULTI-SERVICE "POP-UP CLINICS" PROVIDING BASIC MEDICAL CARE and SUPPORT for BASIC and SOCIAL NEEDS.
