THE MIDWEST COMPONENT of THE EDWARD H. ANGLE SOCIETY of ORTHO, INC. WAS FORMED ON AUGUST 27, 1968. IT is ONE of THE SEVEN REGIONAL COMPONENT SOCIETIES IN THE UNITED STATES of THE EDWARD H. ANGLE SOCIETY. IT is ALSO CALLED ANGLE MIDWEST. EDWARD H. ANGLE WAS REGARDED AS THE "FATHER of MODERN ORTHODONTICS and IN WHOSE MEMORY THE SOCIETY WAS FORMED.
