Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) Exists to Bridge The Financial, Educational, and Emotional Gaps Faced By Organ Transplant Candidates, Recipients, Living Donors, and Their Families Throughout Georgia. In 2025, GTF Continued to Provide A Comprehensive Portfolio of Programs and Services Designed to Improve Access to Transplantation, Support Long-term Recovery, and Promote Financial Stability for Those Impacted By Organ Failure and Transplantation.Throughout The Year, GTF Provided Direct Financial Assistance, Educational Programming, Mentoring and Peer Support Services, and Return-to-work Readiness Support Through The JumpStart Program.
