THE FOUNDATIONS UNRESTRICTED ASSETS PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID ONLY to THOSE STUDENTS WHOSE FAMILIES MEET GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE COMMONWEALTH of VIRGINIA RELATIVE to THE POVERTY LEVEL.
