The South Dakota Association of FSA County Office Employees, SDASCOE, is A State Affiliate of NASCOE (National Association of FSA County Office Employees). SDASCOE Members Are Employees of The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA). The Purpose of NASCOE/SDASCOE is to Promote The Welfare of The Association Members.Each Individual Member Must Show In Good Faith That He or She is Interested In The Purpose of This Association.
