THE PROGRAM WILL ALSO REPAIR VEHICLES for INDIVIDUALS of DOUGLAS COUNTY WHO ALREADY OWN A VEHICLE BUT ARE NOT ABLE to AFFORD THE REPAIRS. THE INTENT of THE PROGRAM is to REMOVE THE TRANSPORTATION BARRIERS for PEOPLE IN POVERTY SO THEY CAN GET to WORK, CARE for THEMSELVES and THEIR FAMILIES.
