The Branchs Main Activities Are Representation of Employees, Who Are Members, In The Workplace to Provide A Better Working Environment.The Activity is Conducted By All Authorized Representatives of The Branch At The Workplace of The Employee That Requires The Representation.100 Percent of Our Time is Allocated to The Representation In Grievances, Arbitrations, and Negotiations.Our Activity is Funded From Dues From Membership and Associate Fees Related to Health Benefit Plan.By Being A Representative of The Employee During Labor Issues In The Workplace Our Authorized Representatives Provide A Better Working Environment for Our Members.
