Grants Are Made According to Trust Agreeement Dated December 18, 1967,as Amended. Keybank, As Trustee, Makes Distributions As Follows: 50%to Lakewood United Methodist Church, 30% to The Three Arches Foundation, FKA Lakewood Hospital, 10%to Lakewood Kiwanis, 5% to Lakewood Christian Church, and 5% to TheBeck Center.
