INDIVIDUALS, THROUGH FCBDD, WILL PARTICIPATE IN CHOOSING THEIR EMPLOYMENT and TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES and WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY to DEVELOP SIGNIFICANT, VALUED ROLES IN THE COMMUNITY.
