IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION SHALL FACILITATE INFORMATION SHARING BETWEEN THE STATES ON OUTDOOR RECREATION and PROVIDE EDUCATION and TRAINING for AGENCY PERSONNEL WHO ARE MEMBERS.
