EACH YEAR PCADVS NETWORK of 59 LOCAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAMS PROVIDES FREE and CONFIDENTIAL DIRECT SERVICES to NEARLY 90,000 VICTIMS and SURVIVORS of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, and THEIR CHILDREN, IN ALL 67 COUNTIES of THE COMMONWEALTH.
