THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SOUND MANAGEMENT of CHARITABLE ASSETS and A DEEP KNOWLEDGE of THE WESTERN NEW YORK COMMUNITY to ENSURE OUR GRANT-MAKING PROGRAMS and RESOURCES ARE USED STRATEGICALLY and MOST EFFECTIVELY to IMPROVE OUR COMMUNITY.
