The Corporation is Organized for The Charitable and Educational Purposes Of: (a) Providing Tuition Assistance for College And/or Vocational School to Groups of Students From Economically Disadvantaged Families From Public Housing Developments or Who Attend Elementary Schools Having High Drop-out Rates (determined By At Least 75% of Its Student Body Having Free or Reduced Lunch). (b) Organizing Programs to Aid Such Students No Later Than Third Grade and Through Twelfth Grade to Fulfill The Requirements for Admission to College or Vocational School Upon High School Graduation.
