During 2024, The Association Continued to Maintain The Common Areas. Most Importantly, The Entrance and Exit of The Corridor Fence of 3200 Linear Feet Project Was Completed to Bring A Sense of Safety and Pride. Moreover, The Annual Assessments and Architectural Reviews Were Used for This Purpose and The Insurance Received From Hurricane Beryl Funds Have Been Applied to Continue to Maintain The Common Areas and Future Repairs and Improvements.
