STUDENTS RECEIVE MANDATED SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIRINDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM (IEP) and INDIVIDUALIZED FAMILY SERVICE PLAN (IFSP) THROUGH A CONTINUUM of PROGRAM MODELS INCLUDING: HOME and COMMUNITY-BASED CLASSROOMS. CHILDREN WHO ARE UNABLE to ATTEND SCHOOL RECEIVE THEIR MANDATED SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES ATTHEIR BEDSIDE IN THE ELIZABETH SETON PEDIATRIC CENTER.
