THE MISSION of THE ADDICTION CENTER of BROOME COUNTY is to PROVIDE STATEOFTHEART OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES to INDIVIDUALS, THEIR FAMILIES, and SIGNIFICANT OTHERS SUFFERING BECAUSE of CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY. WE WILL PROVIDE TREATMENT THAT is COMPETENT, ETHICAL, and EFFECTIVE AT THE LEAST POSSIBLE COST. WE WILL DO THIS IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, and WITH LOCAL, STATE and FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. OTHER SERVICES MAY BE DEVELOPED AS A RESULT of THIS COOPERATIVE PLANNING PROCESS.
