THE CENTER OWNS and OPERATES A 141 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY THAT CONDUCTS INPATIENT LONG-TERM CARE and RECUPERATIVE SERVICES. THE CENTER PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE of CARE, INCLUDING COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL CARE, HOSPICE SERVICES, ANCILLARY HEALTH SERVICES and AN INTEGRATED THERAPIES PROGRAM.
